    • For the Everest Panel, a 15-day trial period is provided.
    • For the VDO Panel, we offer a 7-day trial period.
    • For Stream Hosting (Audio and video), we offer a 30-day trial period is provided.

    We strongly advise customers to use these trial periods to evaluate our software and services thoroughly. Please ensure you are satisfied with the product or service before committing to a paid plan.

  3. No Refunds for Early Termination: If you decide to terminate or Cancel your Everest Cast service before the end of your subscription term, please be aware that we will not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  4. Reporting Issues: Should you face any performance-related concerns with our audio and video streaming control panel, or encounter bugs or other issues, please direct them to our support department immediately. Our dedicated team will assess and rectify these reports as per their importance.

  5. Account Credits Instead of Refunds: While we do not provide monetary refunds, we might offer credits to your account under certain conditions. These credits can be used for future service purchases with us.

  6. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions: If you choose the auto-renewal subscription option, ensure you cancel it using our designated payment platforms - 2checkout, Transaction Cloud, or Paddle. Should you fail to cancel and incur an auto-deduction, any subsequent request for a refund will result in an account credit, not a monetary refund.

  7. Expiration of Credits: Kindly note that any credits applied to your account remain valid for a 12-month period. Post this term; they will be rendered void.

  8. Credit for Replaced Services: If we replace a service or license during your active subscription term, we will credit your account for the days that remain unused.
